Which Beachbody Program is Best For You?
The answer to this questions is going to greatly depend on the type of results that you want to get. Are you trying to lose weight? Maybe you want to gain muscle? Or do you simply want to get into better shape? Below I’ll be compiling a list of programs that I have personal experience with, and I’ll give you a brief review on what you can expect from each one.
I’ll be breaking this post down into two different sections, Cardio Programs, Strength Programs/muscle building programs. So whichever one you are trying to achieve, just skip to that section on the page.
Focus T25 Workout
The INSANITY series, and Focus T25. If you have a dream of losing weight and getting into the best shape of your life, then believe me when I say, any of these programs will get it
done! These programs will get your blood pumping and your heart racing like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. I guarantee there will be a puddle of sweat lying on the floor after every single workout.
AND, with Focus T25, you can no longer use the excuse that “you’re too busy” to get your workout done. It’s only 25 minutes a day, and I promise you that 25 minutes is all it will take! T25 is also great for beginners, 25 minutes a day is not very much, and it will help you build a good foundation for the more advanced programs like Insanity, and P90x.
Body Beast Workout
Body BeastIf you’re looking to put on some size, then there’s no better option than the Body Beast workout program by Beachbody! Body Beast is a 90-day bodybuilding style program, that uses all the classic
bodybuilding type exercises to help you build an amazing physique.
It’s creator Sagi, is a world famous bodybuilder himself, and has won two Mr. Israel titles. Along with that, his accomplishments as a personal trainer are extensive, and definitely, give him credibility.

Piyo is a workout program that incorporates a combination of yoga, and Pilates, with some additional dance choreography and martial arts. Masters hammer and Chisel
Masters Hammer and Chisel is a workout program that contains 13 weight lifting and resistance workout that are designed to get your body toned, and chiseled (as the name implies). Each workout incorporates some form of weight lifting in one way or another, so if you’rea weight lifting junkie, then this program is probably for you.
