Body beast is a 90 day workout program that contains workout programs that are designed to help you build muscle. Along with building muscle, this program will make you stronger, leaner, and help you get the physique that you’ve always wanted. And, you can do all the workouts right at home in your own living room.
Even though body beast is primarily angled towards men, there are plenty of women that do the program as well. Women may be put off by the thought of ‘building too much muscle’, but the fact is that women can’t build muscle like men can. Their hormones just won’t allow it. Instead women will become more toned, and get leaner.
If you were to ask the creator of body beast how much muscle you should expect to add during this program, he would probably tell you about 20 lbs. This isn’t the case for most though. I would say that you could expect to add on about 10 lbs. Which is still very good! Results will vary from person to person, but if you do everything the program tells you, you’ll get results.
Body beast is a bodybuilding style workout program, and it incorporates a lot of bodybuilding type exercises. It’s not like other Beachbody programs which are pure cardio. This program contains some cardio, but not very much.

These will be cheaper than buying individual sets. As for the bars, weights, and the weight bench, search for them on Craigslist. You can almost always find cheap workout equipment on there.
The celebrity personal trainer Sagi Kalev is the man who created the body beast program. Sagi is a body builder, and has been for a long time. He has a degree in physical education from the university of Florida, as well as a minor in dietetics nutrition.
He’s well known for having trained numerous bodybuilders in preparation for their shows. And he has competed in several bodybuilding shows himself. He’s won two Mr. Israel titles as a bodybuilder, which is quite an accomplishment. He certainly knows what he’s doing.
He spent quite a bit of time as a personal trainer, where he helped hundreds, if not thousands of clients. Once he finished his career as a personal trainer, he moved on to create the body beast program. He saw creating this program as a opportunity to help millions of people. More people than he could ever individually train on his own. And so the body beast program was born.
