The answer to this questions, is going to greatly depend on the type of results that you want to get. Are you trying to lose weight? Maybe you want to gain muscle? Or do you simply want to get into better shape? Below I’ll be compiling a list of programs that I have personal experience with, and I’ll give you a brief review on what you can expect from each one.
I’ll be breaking this post down into two different sections, Cardio Programs, Strength Programs/muscle building programs. So whichever one you are trying to achieve, just skip to that section on the page.
The INSANITY series, and Focus T25. If you have a dream of losing weight and getting into the best shape of your life, then believe me when I say, any of these programs will get it d
one! These programs will get your blood pumping, and your heart racing like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. I guarantee there will be a puddle of sweat lying on the floor after every single workout.
AND, with Focus T25, you can no longer use the excuse that “you’re too busy” to get your workout done. It’s only 25 minutes a day, and I promise you that 25 minutes is all it will take!
